The quest for the moon bound us together even as we were being torn apart by Vietnam, and I concur that we must move forward as a nation in our quest for the impossible. Teleportation seems like a proper U.S. goal in my opinion, because it seems to be in the spirit of Moore's Law and the general improvement of the human condition.
