Perhaps their humus is good, but I would expect a baked &quot;croquette&quot; to be softer and less crunchy (unless you made it with some additional &quot;crisping&quot; molecular cusisine stuff).

But Mediteranean Wraps in Palo Alto is pretty good. So you are right. If Mediterranean wraps adds great Foie gras to the mix, a 12 course tasting menu, avant garde techniques with Activa and Salsify etc. and a multi million dollar wine cellar, and a chef per diner, perhaps they will be good competition for TFL.

For now, each has its place.</description>
